How to Return an Item
We want you to love your purchase from KidsStyle. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made returns simple and hassle-free!
Return Window
You can return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and invoice.
What is Eligible for Return?
- Wrong item received
- Size mismatch
- Damaged or defective product
- Not as described on the website
Step-by-Step Return Process
- 📧 Contact us via email at happykids52@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 96255 52180.
- 📸 Share clear photos (if damaged/defective).
- 📦 Keep the product in its original condition with tags and invoice.
- 🚚 Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pin code availability) within 5–6 business days.
- 💳 Refund will be initiated after quality check of the returned item.
Refund Details
Once your return is approved and we receive the item:
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after inspection.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or washed items
- Products returned without original tags or invoice
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items returned after 15 days of delivery
